Alpha Cones Signs
The Alpha Cone sign is constructed from a special blend of high impact, recycled plastic that will not warp or break in hot or cold environments. The sign faces are printed using high quality eco solvent inks, designed for maximum outdoor resistance to colour fade and chemical attack caused by the combined effects of UV degradation and environmental pollution. The sign face is printed onto M-Lite reflective material, which is available in BS EN 12899-1:2007. Class 1 or Class 2 . Digitally printed sign faces have a 2-year life when placed outdoors.
The Alpha Cone Sign is designed to fit both 750mm and 1M cones, secured by 50mm heavy duty elastic webbing. This gives the sign a secure fit and prevents the sign from spinning and being blown off in windy conditions.
It is light weight and easy to handle with no sharp edges. This makes the Alpha Cone sign ideal for quick deployment.
Alpha Metal Sign Faces
The Alpha Metal Sign Faces are constructed from 100% recycled composite metal. The signs are bulk produced in our print shop, with large numbers held in stock, resulting in a quick turnaround of orders. Special customised signs are available such as bilingual signs.
The sign face is printed onto M-Lite reflective material, which is available to BS EN 12899-1:2007 Class 1 or Class 2 to BS EN 12899-1:2007.
