Glass Bead & Prismatic Reflective Sheeting

The M-Lite range of high-quality reflective sheeting is specified to meet BS EN 12899-1: 2007. Typical use includes the production of retro-reflective signage for temporary and permanent traffic signage.

The range includes three grades of reflective sheeting:

Engineering Grade 5 Year Glass Bead Sheeting

 7 Year CE marked Glass Bead Sheeting ideal for permanent road signs

Prismatic 3 Year EGP Class 2 Sheeting and 3 Year HIP Class 2 Sheeting for use on temporary road signs

Retro-reflective Testing

At Viz Reflectives we have the facility to carry out in-house performance testing of our M-Lite retro-reflective films and temporary road signs to the standard EN 12899-1-2007.

Using a range of different measuring equipment  allows us to check the measurements of reflectivity over the 13 angles, plus measurements X and Y of the retroreflected night-time colour co-ordinates.
